We all have those lines from a movie we watched that for some reason have stuck in our heads long after the movie finished. I do think the most famous is probably, “Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn!” By Rhett Butler, from GWTW ”Don’t forget the cannoli” - the Godfather when whatsisname is on his way to “remove” somebody.
“I have a dream.” – Martin Luther King Jr. ~ Not a television quote but a very famous quote.
Many Australians will be familiar with “That is goin’ straight to the pool room” ‘Tell him he’s dreamin’”
What are some of yours?

Just the facts, Ma'am
It's the serenity
One of these days, Alice.
Honey, I'm home.
I haven't really watched all that much TV sitcom / drama since around 1960.

"I'll be back" of course.
And "I'm not just a dick. I'm a MAN with a dick. I'm a MAN with a DICK and FEELINGS" Lolololol
And "great icecream love, whadja do to it" "scraped it out of the punnet, dad" (that's from memory so may not be entirely accurate)

And "great icecream love, whadja do to it" "scraped it out of the punnet, dad" (that's from memory so may not be entirely accurate) Kath & Kim? The Dish? There are lines from the Dish that my family quoted for years - until my SiL didn't get the joke and thought we were mean The problematic line was: "That's beautiful darl' you should start a shop"

Thank you, yes, the Castle.
He says "that's beautiful darl, you should start a shop" somewhere else in the movie.
"How's the serenity?" was the other line that used to crack us up.
Also something about moving the cars? "can you move the commodore so Dale can move the Camry ..." or something.
Actually a very clever movie...

My parents garage is like that. Move the Kia, it's blocking the Mitsi which is in front of the Honda.

One of the reasons that I'd contemplate purchasing a unit at North Kirra or Bilinga (and I am) is that, like that sequence in "The Castle", I could arrive at the airport and walk my baggage home on an airport baggage trolley.
I do love that movie.
"It's the vibe".

It's "Take the cannoli." Or in full: "Leave the gun. Take the cannoli."
For TV, the only thing that comes to mind is "Book 'im, Danno," which I know is from Hawaii 5-0, although I don't think I ever saw it.
Oh, and Colombo about to leave and turning and saying "Oh, just one more thing."

I always had a sneaking fondness for Mae West and her saucy curls. And lines. Come up and see me sometime. A hard man is good to find. Is that a pistol in your pocket or are you just glad to see me? I generally avoid temptation unless I can't resist it.

OK, super niche, don't even know if the other kiwis will know it.
"Bread's here" "There's only one sure thing in this life, Blondini, and that's doubt. I think."
After the movie came out some students figured out that you could do the trip without hitting any traffic lights from north to south, but not from south to north. Back in the days when students had time for creative stunts over summer...

Liking the student stunt, don't know the movie.
Bored Now. From Buffy, and it was a repeated line 3 seasons apart. Very cleverly done.
