I love swimming and athletics.
I just learnt this morning that Solomon Islands has a young woman swimmer whose father is an Australian doctor in the Tweed region. She swam for Solomon Islands in the Pacific Games.
And very disappointed that the Matilda’s were beaten by Germany.

Athletics and swimming. Plus canoe/kayak slalom, randomly.
Oh, and track cycling. And a bit of diving.

Luckily not needing to work at the moment (latest project just finished, no reason not to take August off, so I am), so far I've seen swimming, judo, gymnastics, and a few small bits of diving, eventing, shooting, sevens, tennis, cycling, skate boarding... Looking forward to the athletics and more of the first three mentioned

It's so quiet at work I put my headphones in and watched half of the mountain biking (GB Gold) and the canoe slalom which I always enjoy. Looks really hard though.

I tried to find a video of the winning 10m synchronised Men's dive (Chinese), to show my class, but all I can find are the Brits and Canadians. Annoying.
