yesterday we had chicken tagine. i see a lot of tagine in our immediate future, as if fits well with the damn diet.
today is leftover tagine. ever good.

dinner tonight was pork fried rice. I always think one of the good things about doing roast pork is having leftovers to make the fried rice.

yesterday fish tagine. we have now used the tagine as many times as the couple i bought it from on saturday. tonight is leftover beef heart chili. thank you, PoP.
