My local supermarket does meal kits you can pick up www.newworld.co.nz/shop/search?q=simply%20dinner and it's an easy thing to do when I'm going to cook dinner at my parents. Yesterday I bought one so I could cook for Mother's day. It was Country Chicken Gratin with crispy breadcrumbs. Served with mashed potatoes. It was really good and there was enough for all of us to have left overs so I had mine for lunch. |

Weird lunch that actually turned out fine: 1/2 can of chickpeas, hummus, arugula, bits of cheese, sprinkled with pepper and za’ataar
