Since I'm more or less committed to going to New York for Xmas, I could just as well go via Yurp\\\\ Europe sometime earlier in December, so I'll keep watching this thread to see what you decide. I assume you mean 2015?

jimm wanna eat dimsum, dosa hit the new whitney? I had to look that up ... I'll look more. As for dosa - I'm a bit of a fan of Chennai Gardens on E28th, but I know there are probably lots of similar places. |

Um... we've already done that. give us kiwis (and our bank accounts) a break! Lisa, I thought Ria was referring to the NH mob having their jam up in Melbourne. I think we should put together a few dates for next year - working on our public holidays first. March - labor day weekend 12th March January - Australia day weekend 23rd January April - Easter June - Queens Birthday 11th June November - Melbourne Cup - January would be out for me - June would be nice, if we had somewhere with a nice big roaring fire to sit around. Yes that was sort of the idea too :-) |

I'm a bit confused. Is the end of November still an option because that suits me better than December. I don't mind if it's Kraków or Budapest.

I'm sorry, I'm out now as going to Paris 30th Nov - 10th of Dec (glad I held out on booking till after job started!)... but if by any chance you fancied a visit to Galway that last weekend in November I would love to see you  |

Rez, BB, JIMM and I are talking about 12/13 December in Krakow (Least i think we are all on the same "page")... I didn't see the comment about End of November (until i just went back and re read. I am not in Europe in time for Late November- but don't let that stop you guys.

I've decided to go west to east (Xmas in NY first) and will get to Europe in early January, and then just a flying visit to Switzerland (mostly Grindelwald area) before going home to Melbourne. I hope to get back to Europe another time if my $$ and health hold out. |
