I bought cream cheese and smoked salmon today .... to make fancy wraps for lunch with a little parsley and a few capers... It's all your fault. i even did cilantro when toogoodtogo had 3 boxes

Ooh speaking of cream cheese, our neighbor made a no-bake ice box cake with cream cheese and cherry preserves and cherries and possibly something else and it was divine.

I have a recipe for a "cheesecake" with tofu - it's actually very nice (top it with luscious fruits - yum).
I haven't made a cheesecake for ages (years), but am now considering it thanks to this thread.

Too much cream cheese can be too much but not enough is just not enough.

I make a sauce with smoked salmon, pesto and cream cheese.. fabulous on your choice of pasta/noodles.

I always confuse icebox cakes (not really a thing here) with ice cream cakes.
