Do you have an association with that group of names?
They're used in the latest Pratchett / Baxter collaboration The Long Mars, which I may say I enjoyed more than the first 2 installments. It just made me think of chrysalids by John Wyndham, but there's no actual acknowledgement, which I found a bit odd. Anyone else read both books and noticed?

I didn't like the Long Earth enough to bother with the Long War or the Long Mars.
