Hmm Not sure what my favourite quote but I have frightened people by being able to recite the opening paragraph

I saw that Sprite - I didn't do it in case I came out as Mary or Mr Collins. I've actually known someone exactly like Mary - you can imagine how much fun she was

someone wrote a sequel which i read a couple of years ago, from the view of Mary. who ends up caring for her mother after the father dies, and spends a lot of time reading a variety of books and actually ends up as a pleasant person.
it is a good book, but very modern. some of the events/interactions wouldn't have likely happened at taht time, but it is more or less true to the spirit. i cannot remember the name. it wasn't as good as P&P, but it was a nice light read.

I've got a book about Mary post P&P by Colleen McCulloch that I haven't got around to reading it yet

I posted about a couple of interesting offshoot books a friend lent me on the old WT book thread. One was about all the characters with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. If anyone is interested, I can post the title and author.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies was hysterical.
The prequel was cute but ehh
The 3rd book was stupid.

I think my favorite quote may be Mr Bennet telling Mary at the piano "You have delighted us long enough."
