How did you make it? I love figs (had them confused with dates for years and avoided then) but they go off so quickly I usually can't eat them all in time.

Fig paste - figs, sugar, cook a lot Fig jam - figs, sugar, lemon, cook a lot, but a bit less than paste Balsamic glazed figs - figs, sugar, ½ balsamic ½ red wine vinegar, cook a bit (until syrupy)
