Cheese mistakes

So I decided, instead of picking up a Chicken parmigiana hero for dinner, to just eat what I have in the house. Not much but some cheeses and crackers and charcuterie and wine.

Well one the cheese was a bit stinky and now the smell won't go away and I'm stuck with stinky cheese smell in my house.

I already took out the garbage.

It's like the stinky cheese man moved in.

I was going to say is cheese ever a mistake - that seems inconceivable but the linger effects can be a little unwelcome.

The stinky cheese man reminded me that I used to have a client who had summer sausage - she always smelled like the spices used for summer sausage. You'd think that would be unpleasant but it really wasn't. Well, not in small doses anyway. Perhaps her husband might get sick of it.
