I got some when I saw it on a market stall, since I'd heard it was so much nicer than the stuff you buy chopped up in tubs in the supermarket (not hard to believe), now, what should I do with it? It's like this, but without the shipping costs. Googling recipes just brings up how to make it, rather than how to use it.

in the comments, people talk mostly about christmas pudding/cakes, but someone mentioned panforte?
also, i love felicity cloake's "how-to" series. ingredients make more sense, and it's easier to experiment when i know what everything in the recipe is doing.
