The shortlist for the Bailey's Women's Prize for Fiction has been announced:
Stay With Me by Ayọ̀bámi Adébáyọ̀̀ The Power Naomi Alderman The Dark Circle by Linda Grant The Sport of Kings by C.E. Morgan First Love by Gwendoline Riley Do Not Say We Have Nothing by Madeleine Thien
I've only read Madeleine Thien, which I very much enjoyed (I've heard mixed reports elsewhere). I like Linda Grant and like the sound of the Adebayo. Not so much interested by The Power.
Have you read any? Do you want to? Are you rooting for anyone?

should look on the library app to see if i can get any of these on my phone.
also need to read up on downloading things and changing the format so i can read on the kindle, which is miles better than a phone.
