Why does it feel so sucky?

Because sometimes poking raw prawns behind a radiator before putting the heating on is considerably more satisfying....
You ok?

Because you were hurt. And felt trampled on. And just want to fight back. But in the end taking the "higher" road means you can walk away and let the baggage go down with the flotsam and jetsum

Yeah no biggie it's a work thing. I want to say, "hey you really fucked that up but it's OK snot nose bitchy person, I'll fix it". Instead I'm just fixing it.

It feels so nice to be able to say fuck.

Because the vast majority of the time, the"smaller person" gets rewarded for it, either in the short-term or long-term or both. And you are left there with your integrity and not much else, and that and $1.50 will get you a bag of chips.

Is it bad to admit I store those sorts of things up for future reference?
Worth taking the high road, but sometimes worth the mental notes as well.

Because your inner child (and in my case, true self) wants to tell them they are a stupid, inbred, diseased fuckwit and to kiss your ass.

if they know they have been fuckwits, you can totally screw them around by being super, sweety nice to them. Especially if others know what a turd this person is. It can confuse the hell out of them, and make them squirm.

Very occasionally the person being an arse gets what they deserve at some point, and I'm around to see it.
So whenever I take the high road a little part of me is thinking "I hope I'm around when they get theirs"
It's childish, but it helps.

You know what, I'm learning that letting it go can be better for you in the long run.
