Muesli

Does anybody have an ingredients / quantities list for muesli? 

Oatmeal base, dried apricots/apples, sultanas, little seed thingos? What else? How much of each?

I have tired of paying $5 for a small bag of someone else's concoction.

Made some up yesterday. No sugar, no oat bran, but threw in cupfull of chopped dried apricots and used sultanas rather than raisins. I like it.

I think that with milk and a couple of minutes in the microwave it would make a pretty good porridge, too.
