Help.
Trying figure out the best way to travel around for my trip.
Trains seem very confusing.
If I go from Toulouse to Carcasonne it's a relatively straight train. But from Carcasonne to Figeac, I have to go back to Toulouse, then to Rondez, then Figeac.
If I go to Albi, I could change trains in Gaillac and then to Figeac.
And then I have to get back to Toulouse.
I just don't know which to do.

You might have already been through this info, but have you see The Man in Seat 61 website? I want his job, just roaming around Europe on trains...

Thank you both, I was getting different information.
Okay, I think I can plan this.
River, let's talk Carcasonne.

Exciting! Rome2Rio and Man in Seat 61 are excellent resources, and the latter is also on Twitter, if that helps you at all.

I don't Twit, but thanks snow.
I've done the hotel booking thing today. First stay in Toulouse I'm staying in one area. Return stay will be staying in a different location.
Also, I know that River is coming. If anyone else is coming to Toulouse that first weekend, let me know so arrangements can be made for a pissup.
