High Garden! Or, if the weather is crappy, there is a giant technology/science museum that was fascinating. We were just there lady summer for part of our honeymoon trip- loved the city.

What do you like doing, mei? I like looking around the Viktualienmarkt www.muenchen.de/int/en/shopping/markets/viktualienmarkt.html and the art museums (Alte Pinakothek, Neue Pinakothek, Pinakothek der Moderne).

There is a really good second hand clothes shop near the Viktualienmarkt. Just wandering around the city centre and having a huge ice-cream is nice

stuff like the high garden and the viktualienmarkt sound good. mostly i enjoy wandering around cities, and just getting a bit of a feel for a city, especially if i'm only there for 1 day. it's also the start of a trip, after a very hectic couple of weeks so I think i just need to be outside a lot and unwind the gardens and a market will be great for that.
