I only have the obvious ones to say. Robbin Island (take tissues), the waterfront area is nice for eating and wondering around, a day trip to the wineries at stellenbosch or a day trip to Boulders bay to see penguins, where the two oceans meet (technically its not true as it happens much further out to sea but it does look like it) and general pretty views. If you are feeling adventurous you can do a skydive.

The view from Table Mountain is spectacular on a clear day. Keep an eye on the weather, especially the wind. The cable-car shuts down if conditions are not good.
