i'm trying to branch out from bread and pasta. i've been using other types of carb stuff with meals. i'm in love with barley.
anyhoo. tonight i used amaranth. not a true grain, gluten-free, high in protein, heart-friendly. crunchy. i'm not sure i like it.
have you cooked with it? what do you do with it?
