amazing.Doing this for the second time. First time it was
Dry rub - 1 tsp each, garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper. Wet -Chop 4 cloves garlic, mix with 1/2 cup balsamic and 1 tbsp olive oil. 8 boneless chicken thighs (skinless is better for you) or 6 breasts
Rub 8 chicken with dry rub THEN for Grill marinade pour wet ingredients over chicken and let sit in fridge at least an hour- then grill. for Crock pot, put rubbed chicken in crockpot and pour balsamic mix over, chicken, cook on high for 5 hours
Serving with multi-grains rice and roasted broccoli
Would also be good on chiabatta bread with mixed lettuces.
