We had the most amazing nam prik in Chiang Mai this last trip - it had tiny squid rings and chilli, so it was very hot, but so tasty.

sounds nice, especially the squid rings. i love squid salads with fish sauce. or maybe i just like nam prik! i drink it, i leave nothing behind! yummy  |

the menu there looks so good. i think i want to try all their som tom's. wait, som tom avocado? with papaya and tomatoes and avocado? not sure.
must be fantastic to have access to good foreign foods!
