beautiful to see: Thai (too many beautiful scripts. so hard to choose one!)
beautiful to hear: Swedish* or German**
*Swedish pronunciation is notoriously difficult. sounds gorgeous to me but i don't understand.
**German is well articulated. every letter is pronounced. (maybe Romi can correct me)
i like how expressive German is, so much that some words or sentences/sayings i don't want to translate them into English. there are some beautiful words which have almost no English equivalent.
