What's your fav recipe for pomegranate salad salad?
Ideally something that goes with meat (or fish).

how about in tabouleh? it's not a leafy kind of salad/side but it does have coriander and mint.

I've posted a cypriot grain salad (lentils and bulgar) here before, which finishes beautifully with pomegranate.

how cheap? it's not cheap here, i don't think. but anything is cheaper than in Norway they look gorgeous now in season. so cunning of them to use a coating of wax to keep them looking good for ages.

They are hard to find here and cost $5 each but as it last for 2 people for 2 meals - I don't consider that expensive.

they're in season now, and the smaller ones were about 60 p in the market, maybe £ 1.50 for a large.
