I need some lunch/ diner recepies that will keep me feeling full for longer. I'm always hungry lately even though I eat more then I used to. I've also lost weight which I need to put back on. Give me your most carbohydrated, buttery, oily recipy you've got please!

Well, oily and buttery will give you a blood sugar peek followed by a huge dip which will only leave you more unsatisfied.
I find nuts very filling, and I love them :-) (And quite cheap if you buy them in the Turkish shop or at the market). You can have them as a snack or chop some finely and stir them through yoghurt or use them in a salad.
As a snack nuts are great with dried fruits as well.
If you have pasta the night before, use whole grain pasta and make a little more of it, so you can take the leftovers to work (if you have a micowave in the office, maybe). Or a pasta salad with whole grain pasta, nuts, veggies and drollop op crème fraiche.
As a snack I completely rely on mueslibollen as well ;-)

I'm already eating so much nuts I feel like I'm becoming one of the Chipmunks..
Maybe I should eat more during the day instead of 3 meals make it 5 or 6 to spread out the peeks? And maybe buy more brown pasta, rice and bread.

When I was still working fulltime in The Hague (and away from home about 12 hrs a day) I quickly found out that 3 meals a day didn't work. I would bring 5 sandwiches to work and ate one every 1,5 hr or so. At lunch I would have lowfat yoghurt (one of those 1 person tubs) and a salad.

I find I am hungry regularly even if I eat a big meal. So it is much better to eat little and often.

Protein makes me more full up. For a snack, nuts, almonds specifically are awesome.

Like lizby I eat several times a day, I have something every 2-3 hours and it seems to keep my hunger at bay.

My lunch is (ironically) designed for my weight loss but I'm sure you could tweak it for your purposes!
Jacket potato (cook at home, reheat in microwave) Baked beans Pile of salad Scraping of cheese over the top
Easy to do, very filling, nice and healthy. You could add things on top like chilli or bolognese or whatever you like, to make it more fattening. Ooooooh, sour cream. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Potatoes for lunch, that's a good idea. I have a microwave here so that should be easy. Beans beans and beans. Also a good one. Salads..maybe I'm thinking too much green stuff which doesn't fill that well. Chicken avocado cheese maybe?
Good suggestions, keep them comming!
Yesterday we had a lunch buffet for work, I ate 8 sandwiches, 2 bowls of soup and 2 desserts. I walked around the room a lot so hope people didn't notice too much..I was still hungry..

LOL! We could be related. I was at a party Saturday and went for a 2nd plate and people were commenting on it. I was still hungry after the 2nd plate, but didn't dare to go another time.

Hehe, during receptions I'm always quick to make friends with the catering staff so they stop and offer the snacks more..otherwise they just walk on by or you only get the final half empty or worse, empty plates when they return to the kitchen.

Spanish omelette and salad. Never under estimate the filling potential of eggs

White carbs are very short term filling for me and they make me crash badly. I'm much better when I eat more protein.

This bread will fill you up like nothing else ('cause it's made from flax seed and almond meal). It's more like wholemeal/ blackbread and tasted a bit nutty, but it's really good and filling. And low carb! (Yay flat stomach!)
