Yes, I thought I would get your attention with this title!
For a recipe I needed the zes of a couple of lemons and oranges. So now I have 3 naked lemons and 1 naked orange laying around.
I hate waisting food, so I was wondering what I could do with them. I don't have a juicer, otherwise it would've been a no brainer of course.
I'm thinking of using one of the lemons for a salad dressing tonight. But what to do with the rest?
Suggestion anyone?

Freeze the juice in an ice cube tray ( use a fork to help squeeze ).

It's a shame it's no longer Christmas time, otherwise I would have suggested slicing them up, slow-drying them in a low oven and using them as Christmas decorations

If you don't have a juicer, just cut into quarters and squeeze them. Sure you'll miss some, but it beats chucking the whole thing. Then:
Squeeze the lemon juice onto salad along with drizzles of olive oil, or make a "vinaigrette"-style salad dressing with the lemon juice, oil, a bit of Dijon mustard, s&p. Or add it to soup. Any soup, everything is better with a bit of lemon juice in it.
Or, slice into thin slices, and:
Muddle lemon slices with sugar, add water = lemonade
Muddle lemon slices with sugar, add rum = a quasi-caipirinha

Just made lemon bread Surf, so making a lemon cake would be a bit mucho ;-)
Ha Liiisa, I did make a salad last night with the juice of one of the lemons. I am thinking about making tabouleh for lunch, 'cause that would enable me to use another lemon.

Use lemon juice in tea - I have the juice of about half a lemon in my mug of black tea. Yum!

What wombat said.
To juice, use a fork. Cut fruit in half, stick a fork in cut side and use as reemer, squeezing juice into a bowl. Strain out seeds. Pour into ice cube trays.
Haven't had a fruit juicer in years.
