London in the coming week + winter

Londoners, a friend of mine is in your town for a week and needs ideas on indoorsy things to do. She's big on music, pop, rock, folk and classical, loves nice food, not so big on the history, art, museumy stuff. Shopping or window shopping would be exciting. All suggestions most welcome.
