I couldn't find any fresh tarragon today so have to make do with dried. Do I need to use more dried than I would fresh? I don't like using dried herbs
It's chicken with cream, mushrooms and tarragon if that matters.

dried taragon is more powerful than fresh. (i remember this from years of watching Saturday Kitchen, or one of those cookery programmes on BBC)

Dried is more concentrated because the water is removed. ;-)

I work on one teaspoon of dried for 1 tbsp of fresh. Mmm I love tarragon. Must try to grow some.

I have plenty of dried tarragon if anyone wants it - I managed to put two packets in my basket today instead of one..... Doh.
