I bought this "gourmet" chocolate at a street fair. It's supposed to be "virgin chocolate (never been fucked)". 71% dark with sea salt.
I tasted it at the stand. It didn't taste like this. This is nasty bitter, not even nice bitter. It's like someone burned it.
Blech. I just threw out $12 in chocolate.
