Got fennel in our weekly vegie box and I need some recommendations on yummy salads.
The last time I had it I used it in a soup. Now we are in summer I would like to make a salad. I Googled some recipes but I would really like a recommendation. It seems like a very strong taste for a salad.

I eat it a lot. Mostly I make a fennel and orange salad which is really simple and tastes great.
I also add it to coleslaw if I make it (I usually use a vinaigrette dressing for my coleslaw).
The orange salad I just either dress with some of the orange juice (if I bother with segmenting the orange away from it's inner skin with a knife - then I just squeeze what's left onto the salad) plus a drop of olive oil. Otherwise if I'm lazy and just chop up the orange inner skin and all, I'll use lemon or lime and olive oil as the dressing.
