The blurb described it as being good for your waistline. With 5 avocados in it? Seems unlikely.

Didn't read much of the blub. I just saw something that I assumed was a green cheesecake and mouth started watering......
The waistline is in for some ups and downs this weekend anyway - I have to teach RPM tomorrow morning followed by an afternoon at a blues festival (where there'll be beer and hog roast) followed by four classes on Sunday (I have no fucking idea why I agreed to help a mate out with his two classes.......because he's a mate I guess).

I was thinking "lime cheesecake", and "yum".
Reading the recipe I'm not so sure, it sounds like it might be a bit cloying.
But damn, now I want cheesecake.

i think it sounds fantastic, but it's loaded with stuff i wouldn't have in my house. i'm narrow minded when it comes to making desserts.

The thing is with those raw desserts, I think something that size would take around 20 people to eat - they're rich and cloying is a great way to describe them.

Read the comment - "I made it today for my family and none of them like it. it's very costly to make." Most of the ingredients, I don't have. For something green, pistachio cake is good.

Not quite on topic - I had an avocado smoothie in Bali a few years ago - it was really rather nice.
