Whoohoo. I've hung around long enough for a my birthday breakfast treat to become a superfood. Not often I'm up with the flavours and fashions.

i think that was the 'study' which was actually an experiment to prove how bad science journalism is?
ah no, it's different. but then yesterday i read that apparently, we don't really need to bulk up on antioxidants! sigh.

No Aztecs around any more, so their diet can't have been all that true enough, if chocolate was so amazing, surely they should have been able to resist all those nasty euro-germs? mmm.... those lime tostitos are calling me.

Black pudding? It is an acquired taste. I had a bit of black and white pudding on an Aer Lingus flight. The white stuff wasn't too bad, but I see no reason to repeat the experience. The black stuff was pond scum.

i've never been a fan, but the stuff we had in spain, although ordinary, was great. i'd assumed they were the same.

The black stuff was pond scum. Get out of my beloved thread! I had black pudding scotch egg on Saturday. Lordy it was good. And the best thing was it was part of a platter so seeing as I hate chicken wings and my mate hates scotch eggs (technically he hates the egg but likes the scotch) I got to have the lot......
