May I suggest that the Library also include a Language Lab, or whatever you wish to name it, for people needing to communicate in tongues with which they are unfamiliar? Could get language-nerdy, so probably better in the Library than in Travel. Mod's call, of course.

I'm curious about the family name prefix Bel that you see in Francophone North Africa. What is that in Arabic? I can't work it out.
