Anyone got it? Tried any of the recipes? I have requested it from the library, I get the impression from reviews that using it might lead to having several open jars of stuff that might not get used for much else...

oddly, my charity shop as a cookbook with this title, but i'm pretty sure it's not by Jamie.

I don’t like Jamie (although he’s less annoying somewhat than he used to be) but this books is good.

Oh and I’ve discovered that it’s a bit sneaky as it sometimes hides ingredients in the text. Like one I did the other day had olive oil and red wine vinegar in the text which made it 7 ingredients.

It's probably like some of the cooking books I have - those things would be considered staples that you always have in the cupboard and don't have to go out and buy them as a special ingredient. So they don't count them.
