So we've booked to take the ferry to the NL second week of the Easter hols. So far so good.
Issue is:
Booking for me is in my pp (maiden name), all my NHS stuff is in my married name, so my NHS app with my Covid info (ie proof I've had my vaccines) is in married name, which isn't my booking/pp name.
Anyone have a clue if this will be OK?
This is assuming the NHS app thing comes through OK because the photo on my driving licence (married name) is terrible, as in faint, and the face recognition thing hasn't come through yet.
Anyone know if it's possible to take all relevant docs along to my GP and have them verify it's all me and all good???

Taking your marriage certificate used to be the way to sort this out.

Thanks. I can do that, but someone elsewhere has said pp and Covid checks are separate anyway (or were when she went to Spain) so it might not be an issue anyway. Here's hoping!
