The container with cat treats fell off the bench and Fonzie (Tabby, 12) spent about 10 mins trying to get into it. Ink (Smoke Tabby, 3) was smart and just sat nearby watching, like he was thinking 'I'll let Fonzie do all the work but stand by in case he gets into the container and I can get treats'
I swear Temptations are like kitty crack.

John Oliver did a whole thing on museums, and it ends with "The Payback Museum" by Kumail Nanjiani the whole thing is worth a view but the payback museum cracked me up!
I remember having this conversation on the old place and getting shot down for it because "greater good" arguments from UK/US/CA, but on my first visit to the British Museum I accidentally encountered a collection of Maori heads stuck in a dusty cabinet in a side corridor, so I've had a somewhat different take on it since then.

It was my parents wedding anniversary yesterday and mum had been talking to my Aunty who said she'd had a wedding anniversary around this time of year but she couldn't remember which husband it was.
Mum and I figured out it was husband number 1. But we both laughed that she couldn't remember which which husband it was!

I got an email from the tour provider in Vietnam which made me laugh:
Shuttle Ha Noi - Sa Pa: In the original booking, you will take a sleeper shuttle to Sapa (pictures below). It's fine for us Asian, but you have longer legs, so, I think you should consider upgrading to Limousine transfer (picture belows).
I get it but longer legs really doesn't apply to me at 5'1/155cm!

My bosses boss sent out an email about a work event which was originally going to be on 28 October after the support office meeting.
One of the exec team is going to be away that week so it's being pushed back a week to 4 November.
The email went out still saying it was after the support office meeting and that it would be on 4 October. I asked my boss if this meant his boss had a time machine we didn't know about. Needless to say he's getting roasted!

yesterday I told partner not to eat the ham and cheese slices in packets in the fridge, because they were for today's hot sandwich lunch. Turns out, he'd already had a slice. so today, when he wanted to make a hot sandwich for lunch, he avoided both of them,(  ) and instead used a largish block of Parmesan. He asked why his cheese sandwich tasted odd. |
