Cold & wet here - more like late autumn than summer. I was wearing uggs and a fleece while i was inside cooking jam this afternoon. Weather not really helping this stupid mycoplasme i suspect...

This is about as depressing as weather gets. Dark grey, and non-stop rain. I don't feel as though I've seen daylight at all yet today.

About 6C and a bit overcast today. Went for a bit of a walk through the village this afternoon to get some fresh air when I hit the jetlag wall a few hours ago and it was nice to get a big lungful of air without any humidity in it.

Finally warmed up enough - into the 40s-F - to chop all the ice off the driveway and the front walk & steps! Now I don't have to worry that the next snow, whenever that happens, will fall on top of a base of ice, which would be really treacherous.

I was going to say it has actually stopped raining but then I had another look out and realised there is still a drizzle. Grrr.

Fark - wouldn't be at all surprised to hear roads in a nearby suburb are cut at some stage today - driving home a few hours ago was hairy, quite a lot of water over the road. The rain was just coming down in torrents - it was beyond a joke. It was a light drizzle at home but was just bucketing down a few suburbs over. If it had been like that when I went out I wouldn't have left!

Yep! And all them parents with multiple small children on school holidays trapped in the house with them - even worse, those camping in tents with small children.

I wouldn't say no to all that rain HD, it's a dry as a dead dingo's donger down here. Grass is yellow, paddocks are yellow, even the leaves on the trees seem to be withering.

A little hot here today, as it has been for the last couple of days, but on Sunday and for the couple of days before that 'twas coolish; our neighbours fired up their open fireplace and I wore long trousers.

Probably about -10c here in uptown Kleine Scheidegg. From the east terrace of the wonderful Bellevue des Alpes I can see that it's snowing lightly ad quite windy.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ suffer, it is just starting to cool down in the lovely Coonawarra (36) I can assure you I did suffer today - the power went off around 2.45p.m. didn't come back on until 7.00 p.m. It was hot and stuffy inside and bloody hot outside then to top it off we had a lovely dust storm. At least now with the air con on, am starting to cool down again and can put up with TB and his silly nonsense again.

Also had thoughts about training thru New Zealand - when are you back?
