That's sad - I reckon one was trying to save the other.

Sadly there's a paywall, but it does sound vitally important!

Sadly there's a paywall, but it does sound vitally important! Oh yes, important alright. I tried to get that important artcle into a format that would work here - no success - so I'll just post the coffee map of Melbs. I live near Balwyn, and I'm a flattie drinker.

Thank you jimm. Where I get my cappuccino, it looks like those flat whites. I have a horror of fluffy cappuccinos with chocolate on them!! No no no no no

Has anyone told her that Harold's not supposed to have an arrow through his eye?

If it's Florida, why does the sign say Atlanta? Otherwise, personal hero. We all want to be her sometimes.

She actually looks better than I expected from the usual Florida tales.

Hey you two - just looked up 'nursing homes near Kirra Beach' - seems there are several. I could come up there too.

I'm thinking more of a small unit, but Kirrra through to Tugun sounds good, close to the hospital where I seem to be spending half my time these days, a couple of surf clubs with good restaurants and walking distance to the airport.
Just checked your map, jimm, our son is (horror of horrors) in the latte belt.

Kirra has for a long time been a favourite of mine, Jimm - the camp ground used to be among the sand dunes and right on the beach. Happy days there with my family in the 50s, with my mates (local and uni) in the early 1960s. After that it was somewhat overwhelmed as the Gold Coast moved south, but it is still a very pleasant place.

My father was a Brontë lifesaver pre-World War Ii. He and his mates used to travel to Coolangatta by ship, and stay at the old Beach House guest house. They were the first to surf Greenmount (body surfing, not board).
