Anyone have joint problems that got these problems resolved/resolved enough with HRT? I had them in pre menopausal years. Horrible. I thought I had fibromyalgia. Once I got menopause, it resolved slowly.

Anyone have joint problems that got these problems resolved/resolved enough with HRT? Intermittent Fasting. Sounds wierd, but I noticed a big change. My next step is more weight training.

Yeah, that's something I need to do for sure. Both intermittent fasting and more weight training. I have a serious problem with my left leg. I haven't been able to run for months. Doing any kind of exercise is difficult. I'm seeing a physical therapist though, but still... ugh...
This is on top of everything else that is shit in my life for the time being...

I'm onthe HRT patches. one type for 2 weeks, then the other for 2 weeks.
I think I've taken 2 out of sequence! Oh well.

I also had a leg/sciatic pain or something problem. Ans wandering joint pains. That was the worst…. Doctors looked at me like I was mental. Cause there was nothing on x rays. Also I had to wait for appointments so long that by the time I got to their office, pain was in another joint. I was not diagnosed. It was hell for years.

That is so annoying, being told a pain isn't real because it isn't 'visible'.
