Date night - baked camembert with cranberry sauce on a bed of rocket and drizzle of balsamic, spinach and ricotta cannelloni with steamed spring greens in minted butter, chocolate and vanilla cheesecake and a bottle of the red Italian stuff

Tonight I've had a whole tub of Pringles. This is not good. I'm going into the kitchen with the following ingredients:- chilli linguine chicken quark eggs strong cheddar cheese mozzarella
I have no idea how it will turn out, but you get the general idea.

Yogurtland frozen yogurt. A little strawberry, a little black sesame vanilla, a little mexican chocolate and a lot of fresh berries and walnuts.

About 6 months ago, I joined this service called HelloFresh.The first few boxes were a bit touch and go (veg option was always abit yucky..ie. pumpkin mash with feta cheese. Ugh baby food). They basically send you the recipes and ingredients once a week and you cook them! I have the 5-meal plan now and it's pretty reasonable at 49 euros.2 of the meals are vegetarian and the last couple of boxes have been yum! It's probably cheaper to do the shopping yourself but since I live in a suburb now, I really enjoy the convenience of delivery. Besides I really like the variety, instead of making the same old dishes time and time again.
Uh forgot to answer the question, tonight I had the veg option "strozzapreti(kind of pasta) with chard, sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese"
