I love mayo too. On a nice roast beef sandwich, on a BLT, for dipping fries in.

I love mayo! On burgers, in tuna salad and egg salad, mixed with dijon as a topping for baked fish, mixed with dijon and egg yolk to make deviled eggs, I dip french fries in it, put on turkey sandwiches, meatloaf sandwiches, roast beef sandwiches, fried egg sandwiches.... Help is at hand for your unfortunate dependence. The Mayo Clinic. .... ok. I'll get my hat and let myself out.

Another vote for Hellman's. But I'd rather have tomato sauce and/or mustard pickles in my beef sandwich.
Edit to add: one of the local coffee shop/bakeries makes the best pork roll/bánh mì for miles around. Lucky me.

A touch of spicy brown mustard with roast beef for me, please, also with deli meats such as corned beef and pastrami; enough mayo to hold egg or tuna salad together, but not to dominate.

sprite - you must have better mayo than I do. Stokes, regular or garlic. chop up some eggs and/or chicken, add dill and black pepper, mix with mayo--perfect sandwich filler. or mix mayo with grated cheese (and mushrooms) for a lush grilled cheese.

I saw something about frying grilled cheese sandwiches in mayo instead of butter! That was kinda scary tbh.

I think mayo must be an acquired cultural thing - I don't really use it either. I much prefer vinaigrette for salads and some other spread/sauce/addition to sandwiches (chilli jam, chutney etc).
I do use a version of mayo on coleslaw, but I cut it with lime juice so it's thinner and tangy.

I hate mayo in any shape or form. But then I'm weird.

I used to hate it, and when I was about 20, a switch flipped and now I would pretty much eat it out of the jar. But I do notice now when it isn't good quality--I have to be able to taste the eggs.

After not buying Chinese yesterday, as they were closed, I’m having a weekend cook up to stock the freezer with prepared meals, using meat and chicken from the freezer.

ate out a lot less than usual during our trip this week - only twice for dinner, and once we shared some fries and some waffles in the afternoon ... else, my sister in law cooked ... but one of our meals out was a lot more expensive than expected, as i didn't really calculate the prices, and then got money from a bank machine that also got me a bad conversion rate ... oh well, it tasted good, though ...

We picked up chicken and chips from Chargrill Charlies on the way to the zoo on the weekend. Easy to eat picnic style (I asked them to cut the chook into 1/8s)
Though looking around at everyone else's food, we were way underprepared. Will do better next year.

We had Thai curries from a place down the road, on Saturday. I ordered far too much, so I ate all the tofu and rice that came with my Penang curry, and on Sunday I threw in some chicken, fried cabbage, and another pack of rice--very tasty lunch! I still have a bit of the Tom Kha soup, which will be for tomorrow.

I had an excellent sandwich from the brewery yesterday with a very large and tasty Caesar salad side. I forget the name of the sandwich but its the one popular in New Orleans with fried shrimp on a French roll with special sauce.
